How Recruitment Decisions Begin

Applicants Research Before They Apply

Most potential applicants do not arrive ready to complete a form. They first search privately, compare opportunities and look for answers about legitimacy, requirements, privacy and what happens after applying.

That research no longer happens in one place. Discovery may begin through social media or a referral, continue through Google and move into a more detailed conversation with ChatGPT or another AI search platform.

The recruitment network is designed to be present throughout that process — providing clear answers, building trust and moving qualified interest toward a private application.

The Proposed Recruitment System

One Connected System Built to Generate Applications

This project creates one connected recruitment system — not three separate websites.

Each website will speak to a different type of potential applicant, answer the questions most relevant to her situation and direct qualified interest into the same private application process.

The core system will launch in approximately 30 days. During the following six months, it will expand into a network of 30+ recruitment pages built around applicant questions, search demand and actual conversion data.

01

Three Recruitment Websites

Three focused entry points will be created for different applicant groups:

New Talent Website — for first-time applicants who need clear information, reassurance and a simple way to begin.

Creator Website — for women already exploring creator opportunities and comparing their available options.

Agency & Talent Website — for experienced applicants and talent considering professional representation.

Each website will use the message, information and application path appropriate to its audience.

02

One Central Application System

Every website will connect to the same mobile-first application process.

The recruitment team will receive contact details, location, experience, application source and relevant applicant context in one organized place. This creates a consistent process and makes follow-up faster.

03

A 30+ Page Search Network

The websites are the foundation. The wider recruitment network will be developed during the six-month growth program.

New pages will address the questions applicants already search for about requirements, privacy, safety, locations, opportunities and the application process.

Their purpose is to reach applicants while they are researching through Google or AI search and guide them to the correct website and application path.

04

Applicant Support and Tracking

Automated support will answer common questions and help applicants continue to the next step.

Tracking will show where applicants came from, which pages they visited, where applications were abandoned and which sources produced completed applications.

Recruitment decisions remain with the agency. Automation supports the process and reduces unnecessary manual work.

How the System Works

  1. Google, AI Search, Social or Direct Visit
  2. Relevant Recruitment Website
  3. Questions Answered
  4. Private Application
  5. Recruitment Team Follow-Up

Delivery and Growth Plan

Phase one builds and launches the three websites, application system and tracking in approximately 30 days.

Phase two runs for six months. During this period, the recruitment network is expanded, applicant behavior is reviewed and the pages and application flow are improved using collected data.

  1. Week 1

    Strategy, market and requirements.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Design, content, system and tracking.

  3. Week 4 — Launch

    Testing, approval and launch.

  4. Months 1–2

    Publish priority pages; collect data.

  5. Months 3–4

    Improve completion; expand productive topics.

  6. Months 5–6

Complete 30+ pages; plan next growth.

A Recruitment Asset Controlled by the Agency

The system is designed around agency-controlled domains, accounts, content and applicant data.

This creates a recruitment asset that can be developed over time and reduces dependence on any single advertising or social platform.

Agency Ownership

The agency retains control of the websites, approved content, domains, analytics accounts, applicant data and source history.

Paid third-party software remains subject to the relevant provider terms and licensing conditions.

Direct Competitor Protection

During the engagement, no comparable recruitment system will be built for an agreed direct competitor in the same defined market and category.

The protected category and market will be confirmed in the final agreement.

Recruitment Network Investment

The network is priced by the infrastructure included. Architecture is completed first; the full build moves forward only after the roadmap and milestones are approved.
